  Location was great - in city centre and only 2 minutes from metro (had the 2 most used metro lines by tourists) and local shop, rooms were good size, very quiet as off main street, great value for money and staff very helpful especially the Hungarian lady.   Cosy Monceau staff is very friendly (Especially reception). They were very helpful. They allowed us little early check-in. They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter. Any other request, they would be of immediate help.   The staff were very helpful and friendly . The room was basic but had everything we needed and was warm which was excellent as the weather was very cold.   The view from the 5th floor! We had two corner rooms and there is a very small ledge balcony that can be accessed out the windows, but only on the 5th. Excellent view of Sac coer. The breakfast served at the hotel is a great value at 7 euro pp, get it! You won't find cheaper in this part of paris. Coffee, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. But ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » it's all self serve, which we like. Very clean place, small, but for Paris sight seeing you're not spending that much time in the room anyway. Excelle - Reception staff (females) were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable + clean, just be aware that street noise carries on till around midnight. Loved the small balcony (had a wonderful view of Saccra Coeur + the street below). Hotel is located within walking distance to Montmartre & Saccra Coeur, but far away from other sites, so have to use metro. Metro stations within walking distance.
