  Hotellin sijainti hyvä, oli tosi lähellä metroasemaa ja valkoista kirkkoa. Neljän hengen huoneemme oli 8. kerroksessa, josta oli ihanat näköalat kauniille kirkolle, lisäksi siinä oli kaksi erillistä huonetta, mikä oli yllätys. Molemmissa oli jopa oma televisio. Vedenkeitin kuppeineen ja tee/kahvitarvikkeineen oli myös positiivinen yllätys. It was clean, air-conditioned, had separate toilet and shower and 2 vanities, great views from our room and the roof. We were just 3blocks from the Moulin Rouge where we had dinner and saw the show...fabulous! The staff were wonderfully accomodating and friendly and stored our luggage until we were ready to leave. We had a ball in Paris! - The hotel was clean and secure, although the noise from the street could be heard. We had a room for 4 people and it was very comfortable. The location was convenient to city sites and local transportation. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooftop gave a great view of the city lights! Sebastian at the front desk was very helpful!

  We are in our early fifties (still 18 in mind) On paper/screen, this hotel ticked all of our boxes, situated a stones throw from the metro it combines the ease of access to the Parisian must sees but still seeing the real city in all its glory. The hotel and all staff were all A*. We are not hotel inspectors but could not fault a thing. Like films, all very personal and others opinions - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10 minutes away

  The staff were welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms were small but comfortable and well appointed and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good by Paris standards. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha... mitä ihmiset sanovat » mpagne to celebrate, which was a much appreciated gesture and wonderful start to our trip. We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

  One of the most enjoyable experiences in a hotel from a well-traveled couple. From arrival to departure, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and most unusual of all, seemed to enjoy being of assistance, no matter the triviality or the importance of the request. The rooms were beautifully designed [I'm a demanding architect] and kept immaculate by the energetic staff. Breakfast was 'icing - As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant. We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures! Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.
