  I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. We had the junior suite (the largest room on each floor) which was a reasonable size for a local Paris hotel.   Stayed here for 5 nights with two teenage kids. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The street and neighborhood were quiet (then again it was in the middle of August in Paris). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.   Excellent location, Marais is such a lively and vibrant Place. Hotel was more than comfortable, very modern and great design..friendly staff, relatively quiet for saturday night im Paris..
