  The friendliness of the staff. They spoke English and Spanish which helped because we spoke little French. The room was so comfortable.   Great location in an active neighborhood away from the touristy center, full of cafes and restaurants. Two nearby metro stations quickly get you anywhere you need to go.   Room was beautifully designed and lit, bed was very comfortable indeed and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great too - all in all a brilliant place to stay - First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.

  Very friendly and helpful staff.  We had a free upgrade to the executive room and they are massive rooms with the biggest bed you've ever seen. Very nice bathrooms with shower and bath.  We had a street facing room and the noise was no problem at all.   I liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel even provides the guests with umbrellas - in a rainy city like Paris it is definitely a big plus! A perfect place to relax after a long day at work.   Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it.
