  The room was on 5th floor under the roof, but with acceptable height if you are under 1.90m. You take the lift to the 4th and climb a few more steps to arrive to that nice cosy room. It looks oldish but has all today equipments (mini-bar, wifi, hair dryer, flat-screen tv ...). It is clean, no broken tool. Breakfast was good.   Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Easy car parking. Nice breakfast (but payable: 9 euro). Good money value, considering other Paris options. - Excellent and very easy to locate. Wonderful view we had from our rooms. Great location to central Paris. Perfect and highly recommended
