  Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.   The hotel is in a busy spot but with the window closed, you can't hear a thing - aircon too, so not too hot during the night. Room was fine, big enough for 2 and we were out and about anyway. Right across the road from Metro and buses and 10/10 for excellent parking facilities - secure, well priced and totally flexible.   The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro. The room was a tiny but I did not expected the huge s - Breakfast was great. Staff brill. I asked for a view of Eiffel Tower and we got it, top floor, room 904 superb. watched the Tower show every night as it played the light tune. Looked forward to getting back after every night out!!
