  Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny by American standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk. The hotel is located on a short block between two busy streets with several restaurants. The metro is very close by so while the location is s good ways from the main tourist area of Paris, it is easily assessable.   We loved that the hotel had old world charm. It is what we envisioned as a true Parisian hotel with beautiful decorating and furniture. The room was satisfactory in size with a nice bathroom. Everything was great and price was good but i think as we get older we are both late 30s early 40s we like bigger rooms and a gym. this hotel does its best with what it has to offer. we are not big fans of boutique hotels anymore after a few experiences, but that is a personal opinion based on what we like in a room. I think as you get older you appreciate the accommodations more than when you are younger...wow did i just write that?

  A person at the reception was kind. - Pleasant and polite staff. Ideal location for our needs. Relatively straightforward to access from the périphérique, with public parking within five minutes walk (€25 per 24 hours).
