  This is a beautiful hotel in the center of core Paris resulting in having all top spots (sightsing, restaurants and shopping) within walking distance. The hotel consists of 6 floors and we enjoyed a standard room (nr. 66 – Justine & Charles) on the 6th floor. Our window faced the back yard and was really nothing to special - This hotel experience was superb. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly, which is extremely welcome in a city known for hostility to visitors. The rooms and common areas look superb and recently renovated. The deluxe double room we stayed in was lovely and had a very comfortable washroom and shower. Daily turndown service was an added and unexpected bonus. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought.   The proximity of the hotel to the major tourist destinations. - I visited Paris more than 15 times and usually stayed at the business hotel such as Haytt or Marriot. The Golden tulip gives much more pleasure. The room was very clean and comfortable although it's a bit smaller. The location can't be better.   Good location, central to many places of intrest. metro closeby made it simple to reach others. Lots of places to eat nearby including less tourist frequented places. Rooms were fine, I guess very similar to very many others in the city though.
