Good value for money for those who just want a decent place to spend a tranquille night without extra services. - Excellent location, ideal for exploring the city.   I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops.   I stayed 12 nights with my son and grandson. Although we were 3 males we thought the hotel suited our requirements exactly. It was clean, convenient to "life", the metro, walking and some nice restaurants. Mr Didier and Isabelle together with Lenka at the front desk and the other staff made us very welcome and helped us when we needed it. We were very well attended, even when we realize that the announcement was booking with items that do not exist in the hotel. For example, with bath.   Triple room was large. The place seems newly renovated, everything was clean. Beds and shower were decent, as was breakfast (though at €8pp it was a bit steep, but I suppose this is Paris). Staff generally good, those whose English wasn't so good did try to communicate. Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.
