  We both really loved the place - me and 16-yr old daughter - perfect! Relaxed atmosphere, slightly run-down but beautiful house. Even a family of 5 kittens running around. Great breakfast, fan in room, kitchen facilities, location on central tram route and a 15 min walk from station, quiet - excellent - thank you! - Was just what we were looking ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » for. A place to stay for the weekend that was more like home than a hotel and where we felt comfortable. Room was lovely and clean. Choice of breakfast was fab and was left out until everyone had eaten regardless of the time.

  I enjoyed my staying in Chambres d'hôtes Bruxelles Cimiez very much. It is an 3-bedroom apartment in the quietest and most beautiful district in Nice. The view from balcony is scenic. I had no problem to locate the apartment, it's situated near the famous Chagal Museum and it's 10 minutes walk from Nice Gare. The apartment is very clean and full of arts objects - pictures on the wal - The owner was a lovely woman who was very welcoming & helpful. There is Wi-fi in the bedroom. Great way to spend time in an authentic French property. Good location, 15-20 minute walk to Nice Old Town and Promenade des Anglais. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Fantastic value for money.

  At Villa Saphir you are being treated as at a five-star hotel. Madame Annie is attentive and helpful and there is nothing that she won´t do for you. At breakfast you are placed privately in a beautiful garden, even though there are more guests than you. Breakfast is sumptuous, abundant and delicious. Villa Saphir is close to restaurants, the tramway and trains, only a few tramway stations from - Annie was the most helpful and friendly host, very down to earth. I needed help to get a bus ticket which she helped me with. She also took me to catch the bus the following morning at 6:30 am, for which I am extremely grateful. The room was large, with wifi, bathroom, comfortable bed, and a nice view from the window. Annie gave me information on how to catch the buses to and from the ancient area.

  The location was right beside the Nice Ville Train Station. Can easily walk to anywhere in Nice or take a train to Monaco or Cannes! Pierre is very friendly, just remember to brush up on your French. The room was kept clean and the bathroom is stacked with soap, shampoo, and body wash. - Sevrine et Pierre were friendly and helpful.   Chez Josephine was exactly what I needed after living out of hotels for 5 weeks. It is a lovely and warm place to come "home" to after a long day of walking. The owner "Jo" was warm and friendly and always available to assist with ideas for local sights or train/bus schedules. Each morning there was warm freshly baked crossaints (not cold store bought ones)! Loved waking up to the smell of that. Also e - The location was perfect and the room was so big and clean - great value. Josephine had good recommendations for dining. She's very welcoming, but pretty stern about turning the AC off and wiping the water off the shower when you're done to prevent mold, which I had no problem with, but was just surprised. I would definitely recommend staying here. The shared bathroom is not ideal, but it's worth it for the location and size/cleanliness of the room. I loved my stay in Nice.

  The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport.
