We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay
