  Perfect location to visit Paris' main attractions, hotel very close to the subway (just around the corner). Staff very friendly and English-speaking. Bathroom small (not sarcophogus) but well equipped. - The hotel is on the small side, but the rooms are spacious, for Paris. The desk staff is unendingly helpful and speak English. Our room was attractive, quiet, well-kept and modern. I'd easily stay here again because the location is pretty much ideal. (We never got around to eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an extra fee.)

The cot was also very trendy and had a proper mattress. The hotel staff were extremely helpful especially with baby arrangements. The location is very convenient also to reach everything by foot.

  Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We thought it excellent value for this location. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

  The night porter (Samuel) was particularly helpful, on our arrival at 11pm he very kindly gave us advice on where to eat and what to visit during our stay. Although we didn't initially book the breakfast we did have it during our stay as it was fabulous.   hospitality, location is close to metro and center of Paris, prise was good - The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location is brilliant - just a couple of minutes from the nearest metro station and a short hop from all the sights. A great hotel and great value.
