The staff are helpful and friendlies. During my stay I needed hairdryer and the hotel provided me without charging for it. The location is easily accessible and close to the metro station Crimée.   After reading reviews about the neighborhood I was actually a little scared to stay here. However, we had no problem. The area is just outside of Paris and 15 min walk to the metro and a 20 min ride in. I have stayed in Paris multiple times and have stayed in the city. In the city you pay 2 to 3 times as much for horrible accomodations. I would recommend this ho - Good value. Area is not too bad, but we caught a taxi from the tube station in the evening as we weren't too sure where to go. But at 6:30am the next morning we walked it bk to the tube. Area can be intimidating. As always you need to be aware of your surroundings

  This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp.
