Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre. The receptionists were especially obliging and well-mannered. Breakfast at Hotel Nicolo was great, very French and served with a smile, coffee hot!
