We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!!   The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room - The location was fantastic, the Scribe is an excellent hotel with very polite staff. The cleaniness of the rooms was very good and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
