The front desk staff were extremely helpful with suggestions/reservations for restaurants and arrangements for airport transfers (a taxi van for 5 including our massive luggage.) We would have expected to pay the fee for personal emails.   Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.
