  It was our second stay in the hotel. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Reims in the walking area. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, breakfasts are very tasty and quite substantial. Reims Cathedral is just a 7-minute walk. After the fail to repair it the staff upgrad - We stayed here for one night before flying home from cdg. This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Gare de l'Est, which is very convenient if you are arriving or departing there. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and moved our room to a higher floor when we asked. It was unusually hot in Paris that day, so we left the window open with the fan on at night as there is no a/c in the hotel. Despite the open window, it was still quiet as our room was in the back.   We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Lafayette very much. Location is excellent - just a mere moment from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street. I imagine it may be a bit far from the centre to some people but the metro is just 2 min away and it will take you to Louvre in 10 mins. Breakfast is really really good, fresh juices, selection pastries, ham, cheese... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , fruit, good coffee. This is the only hotel I found that had breakfast included and it was of such a great quality too. The room is basic but has eve - The room was compact and comfortable with a nice view of the Pierre Semard street, quiet and so typically Parisian. Breakfast was awesome, everything fresh and abundant. The staff very helpful. We really had a great stay at this hotel which I recommend to other travellers. Location, 5 minutes walking from Poissoniere metro station and 10 minutes leisurely walking to the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. Great!

  Vintage is quite close to Gare du Nord Train Station, only need to walk 10-15 mins.The staff was extremely busy but they were friendly and helpful. Vintage is clean and the breakfast is very good. They serve three different bread and two kinds of cereal every morning. I stayed there for 4 nights and I was very enjoying staying there. I flew into CDG, caught the train to gar de nord and then the hostel is a very short walk up rue de dunkerque. Then further up the street is the pigalle and sacre couer just above that. Breakfast was good, plus there are supermarkets on the same street and you can cook your own food at the hostel. Wifi is free, staff are friendly. If you're prepared to accept that it's a budget option and don't expect the ritz it's a great choice. I fully intend to return.
