  The hotel is part of a new development at the southern tip of the Presqu'il - there's a significant shopping mall right next door - so the decor is nice and there is free wi-fi. I loved the fact that, at the press of a button, the window from the bedroom to the bathroom became transparent, so I could watch tv in the bath! It is situated in the developing area close to the old town, together with recently constructed offices, apartments and a shopping centre. The view from the window is therefore the old river side and modern architecture, which is nice. In getting to the old city I highly recommend to use the boat instead of the tramline+underground.   It was quiet. The most quiet we ever had. Its location was also the best; two blocks from the incredible Tete d'Or Parc. Close to the train station. Great breakfast buffet.
