  Very friendly and helpful staff. The ac wasn't working for the first day but they sorted it out as soon as we told them. Breakfast is very good in a lovely room in the basement, and the waitress was very friendly and happy. The location close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay is great. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

  It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. We went in mid-April but it did get a bit cold outside in the evenings, but the temperature was very comfortable.
