  because the hotel was 2 star we were expecting a bit of a dump, but the hotel was so quaint and comfortable and the room was spacious and cosy. The staff were friendly and one woman in particular spoke excellent english. Its a very homely and well maintained hotel. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Tours as the value for money is excellent - The hotel is central to everything in Tours. The staff are lovely!! Helpful and friendly. Whilst the hotel had no lift, the gentleman in reception insisted on taking my bag to my room. The room was basic but very, very clean. The room contained a fridge which must be a first in France!! Breakfast was simple but again wonderful friendly service. I liked this hotel very much. A good budget choice. WiFi available.

  The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated. The owner, Maria is very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Nearby parking was really easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. A cot was provided for our 1 year old at no extra charge. Breakfast was very nice with a delicious selection of bread. Alexandra (owner) was very helpful in showing us the area and answered all our questions in perfect English...even made us restaurant reservations.
