  The room was nice and clean and there was enough room for a baby bed, suitcases and other stuff. The personnel was friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently.   Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day.   We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location. Despite being in the centre of the city's nightlife, it was very quiet. We had a great outlook. - It was a good clean well located hotel.   Nice Art Hotel is a very nice hostel for backpackers or people who have limited budget, and is located right in the center of Nice (very close to the train station). I stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed it because the bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. It was safe to leave my stuff in the room and not to worry about it. The WCs and the showers are relatively clean. The breakfast is good.
