  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were truly wonderful.   Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny by American standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk.
