  The staff were very nice and the room was very comfortable. The area was not touristy and the people in the area were very friendly. - Room was good size, and bright. WC was luxe - great to take a long bath instead of a quick shower.

  The proprietors were very welcoming and attentive and happy to greet us. We had a beautiful room outlooking the courtyard with french doors and a small balcony on which to sit (bliss - one morning I awoke to the birds singing - who gets this in any city setting?).   The room was compact but there was everything you needed including lots of space to hang clothes. The breakfast was really lovely - lots of choice and a variety of fresh products. The location is fantastic - you can get all around Paris easily from Republique metro. The room was very clean and the shower was great. The room was very quiet.   This place has a GREAT location. It is very close to transportation. There are ATMs, very good shopping (especially men's clothing on Rue Turenne near the hotel), great restaurants (try Beaucoup on Rue Froissart around the corner), and necessary things like a pharmacy, market, laundry all within half a block. Because of the free lunch were able to have picnics in the T - The staff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better, just a few minutes away from the metro stop Froissart, which is on a very useful metro line. You have direct access to Opera and Champs Elysees. Place des Vosges and small boutiques in Marais are within walking distance. The breakfast was included in the price and it was good. Our room was quite spacious by Paris standards. This hotel will be my first choice next time I visit Paris!

  Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs. The bathrooms are nice and clean. We didn't pick the breakfast option as it's down in the basement when Paris is just outside. Free Nespresso coffee in the l
