  The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it.   Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.   Stayed here for 5 nights with two teenage kids. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The street and neighborhood were quiet (then again it was in the middle of August in Paris). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
