they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. -
Everyone was very friendly, kind & helpful!! I want to especially thank Monica for her help with getting tickets to the Eiffel Tower. The location was perfect!

It's a clean hotel, perfectly located in the city centre and close to the subway/train station. - The staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble even allowing me to use the iron in the laundry. Great.

Hotel staff are really good. The room and bathroom looked like exact as pictures of website. The cleanliness was just perfect! Most hotels look better online than in person. Hotel Acacias Etoile is an excedption to the rule. The room was clean, and wll appointed. The hotel was amazing old French style! Very nice! Small, but fit its purpouse! The best part of it thoug is its closeness to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph! It is walking distance from Boissiere Metro Station and the staff were very helpful letting us store our luggage in the hotel after check out and until night when we left to CDG. -

Hotellin henkilökunta auttoi ja palveli hyvin sekä he antoivat hyviä vinkkejä ja jaksoivat vastata kysymyksiin. I would definitely stay there again - WE loved the view of the Eiffel tower when we walked out of the front door of the hotel

The Location was great when travelling with the Ryanair shuttle bus,also there were lots of nice restaurants, cafe's, and mini-marketslocated around the hotel.
The club room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, the toiletries were lovely and the towels were changed daily.
