the personal warm welcome of the owner and his staff and the location close to the village and close to the best beaches on a beautifull spot at the lake - well located and although not much parking space, ample parking by the lakeside. the lady was very friendly. the room was cosy.

It's extremely peaceful considering it's 5 minutes walk from the beach or the town centre, and even though it was full during my stay I couldn't hear other guests. Nice owners, small pool but not heated, comfortable but not exactly high end, always clean, good shower & towels, excellent free wi-fi and wide range of satellite TV including BB World. Deck outside, breakfast included.
