Les Grains d'Argent Dizy - Epernay - Valokuvat
Mitä ihmiset sanovat
The location in Dizy is just off the local roads, while it is a very
small area, its a great launch point to any champagne village. The food
for lunch and dinner was fantastic with beautiful presentations.
Breakfast was wonderful as well. The rooms were nice size and the decor
of the hotel was very, very nice. The staff were incredibly helpful-from
the moment we arrived to when we left. They were lovely to speak with,
called locations for us to visit and then followed up with us on our
days!!!!. kaikki arvostelut »
We had a beautifully decorated family room with stunning views over
vineyards and the local countryside. Staff were very friendly and
attentive to our needs. The culinary experience for dinner was
fantastic. We are light eaters and struggled to finish all the courses!
The hotel is a short drive from Eparney.
We stopped in Dizy for our honeymoon and this visit was by far one of
our highlights of our trip through France. The staff were so warm,
helpful and professional! We would rate the restaurant and the food and
wines as 11/10!!! The evening was above and beyond our expectations.
Highly recommend this place. :).
The hotel is luxurious and in a most beautiful setting of vineyards. It is situated near a roundabout which cannot be heard in the hotel. The staff are welcoming, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is lovely and the food absolutely amazing. We will definitely stay again.
Beautiful little hotel on the outskirts of Epernay. Plenty of on site parking.Very helpful and efficient staff. The restaurant is expensive but fabulous. we had a wonderful dinner.
Very friendly and helpful staff; views over the vineyards; comfortable
rooms; outstanding restaurant and service, the food being a gastronomic
delight; proximity to Epernay.
Particuarly convenient for business in the area in a country environment with attractive views of the vineyards. Dinner was excellent. Staff were especially friendly.
Comfortable and very clean. Near Epernay and other towns in the champagne region of France.
Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly. Good location for champagne tours.Gourmet restaurant.
the whole stay was a very enjoyable experience.and the staff are very friendly.
Excellent restaurant
Location
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Nice hotel and worth a stay for a fantastic food.
Excellent breakfast
Lovely views and quiet area.
Air conditioning in bedroom
Friendly staff.
A wonderful dining experience.
Great location.
Modern feel.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, even when one of our children knocked over a plant. They also booked a restaurant for us. The tv has cbeebies!.
The location is really amazing. Easy access to all city in the region. Although it was not 4PM yet we could check-in.
Nice country location. Nice scenery and local vineyards. Breakfast nice but very limited selection.
Very Nice Hotel, great Location, friendly staff and a very good restaurant.
views over vineyards;
proximity to Epernay;
comfortable beds;
cleanliness.
Beautiful garden area with views for dining (summer).
good location and reasonable value.
Restaurant was excellent but expensive.
The hotel had a problem during the rain storms with their electricity
and generators. While Dizy is an older area, the hotel building has been
renovated beautifully, I hope they are able to get this fixed.
We cannot fault the experience.
We didn't have time to stay another night.
well out of town - not possible to visit
Epernay other than by car and parking is not easy in town.
Decor in the small salon too dark and sombre - too much brown.
Right off the main road, but there was no noise when in the room.
The photo of the hotel online appeared that it was fully surrounded by vinyards however it was on a busy roundabout just on the outskirts of the town!.
Bathroom a little basic.
No facilities for tea/coffee in the room
especially when the bar and kitchen was closed Sunday.
Nothing identified.
Some aspects of the decor were unfinished (tiling in bathroom).
As a party if 17 we had to choose from a limited menu in advance of our stay. Whilst the food was excellent, a larger choice would have been appreciated.
Short of staff over the weekend.
The bar closed with the restaurant so no chance to socialise with the group after the evening meal.
The restaurant is ridiculously expensive. Great for a romantic weekend away. Not great for families. The en suite toilet smelt unpleasant and the mini bar made so much noise we had to unplug it. Breakfast was average. The hotel is right next to a main road- although it wasn't noisy. The view of the vines is from the back.
- 80% of the personal wasn't able to speak english
- Rooms have no windows but a "door-window" to the parking lot. NO view to the wineyards!
- Check in too late (4PM)
- The "wall" in the shower was not really tight and the bathrom was compleatly wet afterwards.
- Breakfast for 15 € is too much. We walked to the hotel across the road and got it of 9,50 €.
Room not clean hairs cobwebs etc. Poor toilet with seperate bathroom. Extortionate prices for evening meals walked out after seeing prices on menu and asking if they were correct for each person. Meal prices would even be high for super high gourmet dining but hotel is only 3 star so not appropriate.
I loved the restaurant bit the service was poor and cold.
no room service;
no refrigerator in room;
limited choices of restaurant menu;
restaurant value only fair.
It's located on the main highway.
the staff were rather unhelpful and although the restaurant food was very good the service was very dysfunctional for a place of that price.
Being given the disabled room with no fixed shower tray or bath and a
floor that remained under a centimetre of water for the 24 hours we
were there.
