The behaviour and cooperation of the staff, the facilities in the room, the kitchenette was complete with utensils and microwave, fridge. excellent heating and hotwater. enough storage space. spacious balcony. the bedroom area and the living room area of the room was actually seperated by a door. quiet and elegant district, very nice and convenient location, close to the metro station and Les Quatres Temps shoping mall; confortable studios even if the rooms are a litle bit too small. I took two taxis and still walked for 10min. I have serious doubt about the cleaning of the hotel. Room decor was poor. Unwelcoming. Swimming pool was closed, 1 lift was out of order. Room need some refurbishement. staff no frindly. Water in shower despite reclamation the two days cold. Ordered wake-up-call not executed, so that I arrived one hour late to my meeting.
