Everything: the river Sioule running past the converted mill; the wonderful breakfast (especially the little cakes, freshly made that morning); very friendly owners; the location, near some great hiking in the Auvergne. Also, lots of nice details in the room and the rest of the building - Carole clearly has a good eye for detail. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and great breakfast. Fantastic location beside river with excellent view. Falling to sleep with the sound of water burbling through the mill-race was truly special. Very friendly and helpful owners.
