  This was our second and more thorough visit to cognac. It is a beautifultown and we had several good meals in town with taxi back to the hotel.The hotel was very comfortable with excellent and helpful staff.   Staff was very helpful.We came in late and the woman on duty at the desk was great.She helped us take our luggage to our room.It was after midnight and it was nice to have a warm welcome. - Surprisingly friendly welcome and check-in.
