  We got lost on the way and arrived late but still got a warm, friendly reception. A map was provided and various places to visit pointed out. The apartment was extremely well equiped with everything one could want.   The hotel room is big. The design of the room is simple and natural. We can take bath and shower in the room which is very comfortable as we feel tired after whole day trip. The buffet breakfast is very good and full of choices which is so superise. We like it so much as it gives us a good start of the day.   Being an apparthotel we had complete flexibility to "eat in" rather than find a restaurant every night as there was a small and surprisingly well-equiped kitchenette with all that we needed in the way of utensils for light meal preparation; this also made our stay in Cacassonne very economical. The indoor pool and sauna were a bonu - The hotel has a large internal parking available and is within walking distance from the medieval city. The staff is friendly and helpful: there was a problem with the room they assigned us - twin beds instead of a double one - and they were very accomodating, and quick in finding a solution. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it was very clean and spacious, with a large balcony and a stunning view of the fortified ramparts. The bathroom was well-furnished and immaculate.   The apartment was excellent. Exceeded our expectations. The balcony is great and the view is spectacular. The space in the apt is great, but might be a bit tight for 6 adults as there is only 1 toilet (2 bathrooms).
