The flat was absolutely wonderful, two good sized bedrooms and a lovely big living room and superbly equipped kitchen. Diane was extremely helpful, booked restaurant and babysitter for us and provided some super breakfast supplies for our arrival. The apartment was a 5 star standard as well as the owner (Diane) service, who brought complimentary fresh breakfast supplies each day. The apartment is huge, in the centre and pure luxury. Everything is high quality and new.

Beautifully presented apartment. Lots of attention to small details that make your stay extra special. Very well looked after by gorgeous host. Very close to shops. Picked up yummy food nearby and brought back to apartment for evening meal. Sat on outside terrace and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

1) the hotel is very close to the rail station St.Jean, so you don`t have to carry a heavy suitcase and take any taxi (2 minutes on foot and you`re in the hotel)
2) Close to the city centre (7-10 minutes by tram or 30-40 minutes walk along a very nice river La Garonne)
3) Close to the supermarket Carrefour and different cafes

The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! The location if you are just driving by Bordeux and need a place to sleep. -
