  Room was great - clean, quiet, with a comfy bed and modern design. Staff was helpful and were very apologetic when they had to relocate us to another hotel for one night due to plumbing rectification work. They made it up to us and overall we were happy with our stay. The room was a little on the small side, but I always prefer newer and clean over something bigger. The hotel is very close to the tube and tons of lovely patisseries, poissons, etc nearby. Great hotel for looking to get out of the main touristy area of Paris, but close enough to enjoy the city.

  As an academic I have attended conferences all over Europe and beyond. I always book 3 star hotels, as I prefer the personal touch which I find missing in 4 or 5 star places. The 3 star hotels near the congress venues (the Odeon and Paris Diderot University) were all booked, so I went for this one - and I am so glad I did! All that was promised wa... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s delivered - a spotlessly clean and very welcoming double room single occupancy, bathroom ensuite, very comfortable bed, crisp linen, towels changed - We paid a bit extra for the 7th floor suite, well worth it, the staff were extremely helpful & the rooms serviced every day.breakfast was typical French but filling. Only 4.5 ks from the Eiffel Tower & the same from the louvre. Probably one of the cheapest hotels in Paris.

  Location was fantastic- a few blocks from the Pernety and Plaissance metro stations. Easy to get from there to Montparnasse, Invalidades and other metro/RER stations to get all over Paris. Would recommend this to anyone. Neighborhood near hotel had lots of great shops and cafes. A great neighborhood area, not a touristy place. - Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.

  Good relation price/quality. Very confortable bed and very clean and noiseless. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. I strongly recommed it to everyone who is going to Paris for some days. - Everything was OK. The receptionists were friendly and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is really well located.
