  Service and staff were very caring. Location was by the water and nice walking tracks. It was very quiet place. Apartment had full kitchen and was quite comfortable. It was good value for money (included free Wifi and cable TV) and within short bus trip to the city. Sauna was also inside, as well as washing machine.   The overall impression, new premises, cleanness - Its not the first time I stayed at Norlandia, and I have to say every time I found the staff very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The hotel is right behind the Tampere University Hospital, thus a few mins walk to the bus stop from where you can travel in and around Tampere with ease. This is one hotel I always check first when I have to stay at Tampere and have already recommended to a lot of - Everything was very nice, as described.   There was everything for comfort life (even sauna) in apartment, which was clean and quiet. It was located in wonderful area - on the shore of lake (beautiful vew from the balcony) and at the same time near of the center of Tampere.
