  I am very happy with the hotel and it will be my next choice on my next trip to sharm, Staff are friendly, and they provide you service the way they want to be served as, I met a personal issue and the manager helped me so much in solving it and he was handling it as it was his personal case, I even offered to send a thank you letter and he refuse... mitä ihmiset sanovat » d as it is his work and he should care about it - The staff and particularly the manager Khaled were really nice and helpful. Even though the hotel was outside the main areas, it was still close to some good restaurants and some stores, and you don't get hassled as much in the area as, say, in Na'ama Bay. The room and all the facilities were comfortable, clean and serviceable.

  we enjoyed the stay too much.. very friendly staff, very well located, close to shopping center, restaurants and all activities, very close to the sea, lovely atmosphere, nice tiny swimming pool. Very practical and friendly. - The hotel is quite convenient and stuff is very frendly. All works well - conditioner, shower.
