  The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. There was nothing to complain about with Mr. Mohamed Saied touring the hotel day and night to ensure all customers are happy. Basically we wer - Staff were exellent and very kind and polite. Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk. They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality. Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

  1. A big thanks to the staff for friendliness and fair advices and directions. In a city like Hurgada it is easy for newcomer to be lost or to get ripped off your money by local stuff-sellers. 2. Had a very good offer for diving from the hotel. Fair price, intelligent instructors and boat crew. 3. Rooms are spacy. 4. Great dinners for this price! The beach is 5 min walking and very nice and clean, we always found free sunbeds or chairs. The hotel is suitable for those travelers who do not demand luxury and extra options.
