  The staff was friendly and spoke good English / Swedish / Danish. The location is good. It is located very close to a metro station and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the airport and 10-15 minutes to the center of Copenhagen once you are on a train.   Definitely get a room facing the courtyard as its much quieter than facing the rails. Rooms were adequate, and it was about 400m away from Central Station. Tivoli Gardens is just a little further only. This is a well-presented 3 star tourist hotel that is a perfect base for a city trip. Excellent location for the city centre, only 5 minutes walk to City Hall Square.
