  The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. We have stayed before and always enjoyed the hotel and the location. This time we were given an apartment with a balcony overlooking the marina which was truly relaxing. You could open the windows fully - what a relief, compared to most other business hotels.   Very clean (in terms of hygeine and design). Beautifully and simply designed w/ nice materials, un-fussy and very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. Included breakfast was nice and coffee was good. Convenient location for walking into all parts of town, w/out having to be in the thick of downtown. Considering all of these positive points, - Close to centre. Great staff, friendly and helpful and there 24hrs, nothing was too much trouble.
