  We stayed 1 night at Amalie B&B, located in the residential area. It was a simple set up. The room was simple with simple decor. Bed was OK -- it was good for 1 night, slept fine. The shared bathroom and shared toilet were clean. We did not try the breakfast, we wanted to head out early.   Rune is very welcoming and helpful. His English is good and he was able to tell us a bit about the area so we could make plans. I really liked the room set-up. There was a double bed for the parents and then up in the loft there were two single beds, perfect for an older brother and younger sister to have their own space. The rooms are spare with only the necesseties: clean and comfortable beds, a towel for each person - Great location, amongst many small villages and seaside towns that are interesting to explore. Also very close to, and on the same road as, Egeskov Castle. Owners/staff were very friendly and always made time for a quick chat. Really enjoyed our time here in such beautiful surroundings.
