  The location is excellent right in the center of the town, very close to Hot springs, wonderful location. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one). There is no reception at all; everything ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » is running from the restaurant, for me it wasn’t issue, because everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Kraus junior, the owner's son! Ado - Location: Unbeatable, in the very middle of the most attractive part of Karlovy Vary, right across the street from Vridlo, steps from the main Colonnade (Mill Colonnade), less than 30m from Zamecke Lazne and from the Market Colonnade. Right under the Deer Jump. Staff: Excellent, always friendly, very helpful. Parking: Right on the roof of the hotel. Value for money
