  The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary which makes it less than 2 minutes walk from the central Spa area, the restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated "old-fashionly". The staff was most kind and helpful, and even gave each of us a present when we departed. I was on a business trip and enj... mitä ihmiset sanovat » oyed my stay a lot, and im sure the place would also be perfect for couples and families who would like a relaxing vacation. - The staff was great, especially the Lady at the reception (during the day, dark and curly hair). She was very helpful and hospitable, made us feel like home. Really friendly and pleasant. The room itself was cozy and beautiful view. Very clean. Good breakfast. The Lady from the reception also gave us discount tickets up to 40% to various spa accross the street, which we actually used for a great price. Very pleased with the hotel choice. Thank you again!

  I stayed for only one night and the service I received from the reception staff was far better than I ever expected. It was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. - The view from the balcony; absolutely breathtaking. Great location!

  The location is excellent right in the center of the town, very close to Hot springs, wonderful location. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one). Ado - Location: Unbeatable, in the very middle of the most attractive part of Karlovy Vary, right across the street from Vridlo, steps from the main Colonnade (Mill Colonnade), less than 30m from Zamecke Lazne and from the Market Colonnade.
