  Really friendly staff, nice location (not far from the center and close to a couple of the significant transport lines), lovely facilities and it is very quiet here.   Location is great, right off main road and can easily walk into the town center, no need for car or public transportation. Lovely bike/walking path right next to hotel. Free parking, adequate breakfast. Room was small but comfortable, newly renovated with new furnishings/bathroom.
