  The stay was fantastic! We were astonished to get such spacious, two-floor apartments just for two of us. At first we even thought we were sharing it with another guests :-) The location could not be more central - just two steps from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. At first I thought that the short working hours of the reception (until 19h) would be a problem, a - First of all, the location is perfect: in 2 minutes you can reach all the famous tourist place like charles bridge, old town square, and in less than 5 minutes walking you can reach shopping area, municipal house and nearly all the place for concert, black light theatre or others activities. The stuff is helpful and we got our room repaired before noon. They also helped us to book all kinds of tickets. The room is very romantic and has everything for cooking.   I appreciate a lot a wonderfull new reception . Excellent food and especially very helpfull staff in hotel reception and restaurant. Beautifull room furniture, very comfortable. The room has a soundproof windows and it is very quiet.   Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern. The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. He refused to add his time/ ef - We were pleased to have so much assistance from the staff. Not only were they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G. The owner Vaclav after we had checked out drove us to the city to his friends hotel, where we could leave our bags and use their kitchen. He showed us around the area. We had almost 5 hours before the flight, therefor we needed to know some places near by the metro, like a good restaurant, a playground for our kid and an Internet cafe where we can pri

  It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay. The very central position (close to "everything"). - The location is excellent, apartment 2a and 2b are comfortable and lovely enough but I wouldn't take the share bathroom apartment.   Modern and clean. Modern elevator. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms. Good sound insulation - loud noises in corridor could not be heard once door was closed. Same with windows - two layers of windows to the street so very quiet despite loads of construction next door. Excellent range of foods for breakfast, large dining area. V - stuff- very friendly, prepared to help you, hotel- clean, nice rooms and bathroom, breakfast- very good i think, you can choose from vegetables, ham, cheese, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, fruits, musli, cakes or stuff can do for you french or english breakfast or many other.. we stayed 2 nights and i think it was nice stay in this hotel, of course there was a WiFi in the room, it was quite and clean and for small price ..i recommend this hotel :-)

  This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk. We exactly will be stay in this hotel in next trip to Praha! It can be difficult for them to climb steep stairs. - The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.
