  I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The cross-trainers had a strange angle, but the fitness center was very well stocked with modern machinery. The brea - Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms.   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
