  This is a newly opened hotel, fully renovated from a previous hotel chain. It has whole new concept incorporating reception and a trendy bar areas. Staffs are all young people and are extremely friendly. While many people are enjoying this new concept, some people may find it too noisy.   We called staff before coming and they arranged for pick-up from the train station without even asking. We arrived late and somebody met us at the door to let us in and gave the keys. The next day we went to the office to extend our stay because we really love the place and service.   The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat.   The hotel is located close to the city centre (to Wencelas Square it's a five minute walk). The rooms are clean, modern and friendly equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
