Everything was perfect considering the price we paid. Room very nice and comfy with a grat view. The hotel is very central so, during our 4 days in Prague, we walked everywhere. Even to go out at night is okay to walk back. For the breakfast they have 3 or 4 varaities of bread, a toaster, boiled eggs, varaities of chesse, ham and other sausages, cereals, musli, yogurt, coffee, juice, some vegetables, sausages, tea, milk, etc. We would also like to say that everybody at the reception was very n.
kaikki arvostelut » The location is perfect. Just 20 min walk to city hall (lazily). Metro station and tram stop are just 100m away. Non-stop (24h) shop selling beverages and snacks is just next to the entrance to the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast though it doesn't offer too much varieties is good to start your day. On my request parking for a car was arranged in close vicinity. Perfect value for money if you prefer to spend your money on real things :). The staff is very friendly and helpfull. By arriving at the hotel I was given a map of the city and when I wanted to visit a monument out of the city center, the receptionists were very kind to help me find my way getting there,. Friendly staff -Magda and the Reception team were very informed Great location - adjacent to main sights and across the road from the Metro. Number decent restaurants close by. Perfect location to tour the city Decent breakfast. I stayed in this hotel about 3 days with my sister. The double room was cosy and located on the last floor. We really enjoyed breakfast, but not much various types. I live near prague and slept in a lot of hotels for my job.Location for that price is good,women at the reception helps a lot with info for everybody. helpful staff, large breakfast buffet, city view from clean rooms, right next to metro stop & walking distance to sights, good value. The pictures on the wall were a bit tacky. The fruit juice at breakfast was more like poor quality fruit squash. Only cleanness of my bathroom could have been better... no tea making facilities in room. The wi fi spot is only in the reception and not at the room the warming batery was cold in bathroom. the lift door could be safer, using a sliding door, but it's still cute and typical prague. No internet higher than 3rd floor, no parking (the cost of the closest parking is 12-20 euro), impossible to open the windows because of street noise, low pressure of hot water on the fifth floor. The lift was very slow and sometimes one had to wait. On the 8th floor I did not regard the stairs as an option!. No wifi in the room. Wifi available only at the reception. The lift.which is too small and rickety and gives a very bad first impression . The old furniture in the lobby. The smell in the corridor , floor 7. No coffee or tea available after breakfast . The dark area outside the elevator. Lift was old. No wifi in room. No English TV. Breakfast so-so. But considering the price paid I was not concerned at all about the deficiencies. It was very hot and there was no A.C., not even a fan available. Our room was on the 6th floor but to the street side and it was very noisy so opening the window to sleep at night didn't really solve anything. Noisy at night time due to high traffic. Lack of airconditioning the room. Beds were not comfortable. The hotel is very noisy, you can hear clearly what the others do or speak in another rooms. inattentive staff, poor breakfast facilities, terrible ambience, the building was like a 'left over from the communist era'. Was booked for me by someone else, I would not stay here again. Bathroom lighting was almost non-existant and no shower curtain or screen. No hotel parking. Probably the slowest check in and reception of the last 8 years travel of over 100 days per year. Took 30 mins to check in and no one in queue. Others were expereincing the same. Internet not in rooms, breakfast average, rooms not cleaned properly...honestly spend another 30 euro per night and go to Ibis just 100m away. it took an hour to check in.... Everything. No wifi in room cleanliness. Bathroom. Everything. Old room, big noise from the street. Windows are very old and you hear all the noises of the street. Poor breakfast, water in the shower almost does not flow. Very high price for the bad hotel.
