  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast.   The location was absolutely perfect for us -- about a 5 minute walk to the center square (where all the Christmas Markets are), but on a quiet street without any bars. The unit was beautiful and much bigger than we thought it would be. There was cable and strong internet wifi signal. The kitchen was full and we could not ask for anything more.
