  The apartment is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. The hotel is small and very privates which is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Apartments are comfortable, clean and fresh it looks like it was built only weeks ago. The room I had was spacious with a balcony (not the best view, but it was more than I expected).
