  The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old classical buidling. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and big enough. Breakfest is in a very nice sunny room, and very sufficient. Wifi connection sufficient. I was in a business trip and city trip. - Most of all I like the staff of Balbin hotel. It is the most hospitable and friendliest of all hotel staffs I have ever seen. The location of the hotel is also great. I think that this hotel is a great value for money. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I come to Prague.

  I originally found my booking through LetsBookHotel. A young man named Mirco helped me. He was extremely accommodating , very friendly, and helpful as I stayed for 6 weeks.   Situation of the apartment is guite excellent. It is in the middle of everything. - The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The castle was an easy 10 minute tram ride away, and everything else was within walking distance. We were given a good dinner recommendation by the woman working the desk, and enjoyed our time in Prague - great location. good price. apartment was bigger than we expected. generally clean nice bathroom. warm, even when freezing outside. no time restriction on the included breakfast. This is a big bonus. i recommend advertising this. It was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com but this is a great bonus because many hostels/hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11am.

We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)

  The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague. We found photos on the web of Havel announcing the end of communism from its - Excellent location, right in Wenceslas Square, short walking distance to Old Town and Jewish Quarters. Apartments are fully equipped with microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge and washing machine. And they all work!! On both sides of apartment entrance are the entrances of Marks and Spencer which stocks well priced English food. Finally, Apartments are ten minutes walk to Prague Central Station with its numerous cafes and ATM's, as well as the pickup point for db coaches to Germany.
