  My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague. The apartment was quite clean but I can't say more about it because we only returned to sleep there... mitä ihmiset sanovat » late at night. And yes, our apartment turned out to be part of history. We found photos on the web of Havel announcing the end of communism from its - Excellent location, right in Wenceslas Square, short walking distance to Old Town and Jewish Quarters. Apartments are fully equipped with microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge and washing machine. And they all work!! On both sides of apartment entrance are the entrances of Marks and Spencer which stocks well priced English food. Finally, Apartments are ten minutes walk to Prague Central Station with its numerous cafes and ATM's, as well as the pickup point for db coaches to Germany.

  The city and the hotel were beautiful and incredibly amazing. The staff at Boscolo Prague went out of their way to make me feel welcome and part of their family.   We've been in Kings Court for 5 nights, in the Junior Suite. Starting from the online booking process the staff had provided an outstanding customer support. As we came with a baby and a toddler, we had further requirements than the usual guests - and they were all fulfilled. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

The hotel was located in an excellent area; close to everything but yet not in an extremely loud neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing.   This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

  We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!
